(“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Magnolia Steele”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific products or services. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product information, availability, or pricing is error-free. In the event of an error, Magnolia Steele reserves the right to correct it and update your order accordingly, with your consent.

All Magnolia Steele pieces are inspected for quality before shipment. Because each piece is handcrafted or assembled by hand, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order through approved payment processors on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States. Processing times vary by product, but most items ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Magnolia Steele is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your carrier directly for claims related to delivery issues.

Guarantee, Warranty & Repairs

Each Magnolia Steele piece is covered by a 60-day craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturer defects such as broken clasps, loose stones, or faulty links under normal wear conditions.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@magnoliasteele.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Magnolia Steele will assess the claim and offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage are not covered under this guarantee.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Magnolia Steele does not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is inspected for quality and authenticity prior to shipment. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team for resolution.

Care & Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

Avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Failure to follow care instructions may void any warranty or guarantee.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
