Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Magnolia Steele orders are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our studio.

Processing times typically range between 3–7 business days for in-stock items.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once it has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are listed as Pre-Order. These items are on the way to our studio and will ship as soon as they arrive.
Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are noted on each product page. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing or carrier circumstances outside our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • Your order will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.

  • If you prefer to have in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us at hello@magnoliasteele.com; additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Magnolia Steele currently ships within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Magnolia Steele is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.

  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.

Magnolia Steele is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Any claims for lost or missing packages should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@magnoliasteele.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address.

Damaged or Missing Items

All items are inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@magnoliasteele.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and item(s).
We will review and resolve each case individually.

International Orders

At this time, Magnolia Steele does not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
