At Magnolia Steele Jewelry Co., every piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged with precision and care. Because our products are made and inspected in-house, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns at this time.

Our priority is your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship. If an issue arises with your order, please contact our support team so we can help make it right.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following limited circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Magnolia Steele Jewelry Co. determines, after review, that a replacement or repair is not possible due to discontinued stock or product unavailability.

 

If your order qualifies under these conditions, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is defective or arrived damaged:

  1. Contact us at hello@magnoliasteele.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and determine the best solution — which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for refund:

  • Regular wear, tarnishing, or damage due to improper care or storage

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced jewelry

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Pre-order delays (as long as the product is still en route or fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe)

  • Custom or personalized pieces

Exchanges

Magnolia Steele Jewelry Co. does not offer exchanges at this time.
Each piece is inspected before shipment, ensuring that the product you receive meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

60-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

All Magnolia Steele pieces are protected under our 60-day craftsmanship guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, broken chains, or loose stones.

This guarantee does not cover regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

If a repair is possible, we will offer a complimentary fix within the guarantee period. If a replacement is needed, it will be provided when available.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter the fulfillment or shipping process.
Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
